Need Minecraft Forge 1.12.2 For Mac

You'll need Minecraft Forge for 1.12.2 to run TekTopia

My friends have recently started a pixelmon server, which I really want to join, but in order to do so I need Minecraft forge 1.12.2. And I currently have the 1.13 forge. I have no mods or saves in the 1.13 forge and I wouldn’t mind replacing it with 1.12.2 forge. How do I downgrade my version of forge.

Go to https://files.minecraftforge.net/ and install the Recommended Version (Use Version 1.12.2-14.23.5.2768 if you encounter issues with the Recommend Version)
